Fused Glass Workshop – Making a Coaster
Join June from Semperart for a creative and fun-filled workshop designed with children in mind to craft their own unique fused glass creations!
Participants will make their very own coaster, choosing from a variety of coloured glass to bring their imagination and designs to life.
Once the artwork is completed, it will be carefully fired in a kiln, a process that may take up to 48 hours. Your finished piece will be ready for collection approximately one week later, from Denny Abbey and The Farmland Museum.
Who Can Attend:
This workshop is suitable for everyone aged 8 years and older.
Important Information:
Please ensure that a place is booked for each child attending. Accompanying adults go free and must assist their child if aged between 8 and 13 years, but will not create a piece themselves. We kindly ask that you bring a maximum of one adult per child. Adults wishing to create a piece of their own are asked to book a place. Thank you for your understanding!
Duration: 45 minutes
Cost: £15 per person + booking fee
Tickets also provide admission to Denny Abbey and The Farmland Museum on the day of the workshop. Participants can arrive any time between 10am and 4pm.
Please note:
Should you need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be given up to two weeks before the event. Cancellations within two weeks of the event will not receive a refund. If the organiser cancels the workshop for any reason, we will attempt to reschedule the event or offer a full refund. We cannot reimburse travel, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred related to the cancelled workshop. All visitors included on the booking have access to the whole of Denny Abbey and the Farmland Museum on the day of the workshop (between 10am and 4pm).
