Half Term Trail – Shrapnel Boys: Life on the Home Front

Looking for a free, fun activity at Denny Abbey and the Farmland Museum this May half term?

From 24th of May, join us for the Shrapnel Boys: Life on the Home Front Museum Trail! The trail will run every day that we’re open until Sunday 1st June. Find our opening times here

Discover what life was like for children during World War II, from air raid shelters to ration books. Complete the trail to receive a sticker!

Children can also design their very own VE Day bunting. One winning design will receive:
